Sencha is the most commonly drunk type of tea in Japan. Its delicate, bitter taste is rounded off by a slight sweetness. In the cup it has a beautiful, bright, light yellow color.

Preparation:
• 1 slightly heaped spoon per cup
• Cool down to 80°C with fresh, boiling water and pour the tea
